Thai stocks opened up 0.78% at the start of trade this morning. The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index opened at 1,498.76 points, up 11.59 points from Wednesday’s close. The trade value was 183.81 million baht, with 69.6 million shares traded. The SET50 index opened at 957.35 points, up 9.02 points, or 0.95% with a total trade value of 1.22 billion baht. The MAI index stood at 566.27 points, up 5.96 points or 1.06% with total transaction value of 17.66 million baht.
